WKHS Bands - CMU Honors Band

Three Waterford Kettering High School Band students were selected to perform with this year's CMU Honor Band in Mt. Pleasant, MI. They are: Seniors Amanda Sams (Clarinet) and Chris Petersmark (Trombone) and Junior Josh Roltsch (Euphonium). Members of the CMU Honor Band were selected from a large group of students who submitted recorded auditions, with only half of the students selected who tried out. The group rehearsed on Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th, with a performance on the 16th at CMU's Staples Concert Hall. The band was conducted by CMU Director of Bands, John Williamson.
