 Program Overview
Current research in early childhood supports the benefits of
All Day Every Day Kindergarten. Over the past 30 years, enrollment
in All Day Every Day Kindergarten has steadily risen. Today 60% of
our nation’s children are enrolled in All Day Every Day
Kindergarten.
All Day Every Day
Kindergarten provides children the time to linger over learning
and acquire a deeper understanding of concepts and their link to
the world around them. Additionally, this will provide more time
to meet the social, emotional,
and academic needs of children. The Waterford School District
All Day Every Day Kindergarten includes activities such as:

Additional Information
The All Day Every Day Kindergarten Program meets all staff and
licensing requirements. Parents may register their child for the
Waterford School District Child Care Program which provides child
care before and after school, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. For more information about the Child Care Program
