Structure
Seminar is an 85 minute
period, just like every other block. Students report to their
assigned Seminar teacher for the first 15 minutes. After that
time, students are permitted to travel twice to teachers on their
current schedule. Students may elect to stay in the same
location for both resource times. Students are encouraged to
travel.

Criteria for Acquiring Credit:
Each student may receive up to 10 points for Seminar period
The points will be broken down as follows:

Eight points is considered passing each Seminar period.
Attendance Policy for Seminar
Students will lose credit for Seminar at 7 absences. Students
who attend only one Seminar per week due to their schedule (OTC,
Co-op, etc.) will lose credit at 4 absences.
Seminar will count as 1/4 credit each semester towards graduation.
Students must have 80 percent of total possible points and meet the
Seminar attendance requirement to earn their 1/4 credit.
