PTA / Family Council

Council Officers

Invest in your child's future by becoming a member of this year's PTA.  This is a wonderful opportunity for you to learn and become involved at Riverside.  Our PTA meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (excluding December) and childcare is provided free of charge.

Our PTA offers a variety of ways to foster your volunteer efforts.  There are many Action Teams to choose from to fit your busy schedules.  You can choose to be a Team Leader and coordinate an event, be part of the Team, sign up to send in needed donations for an event, or simply become a member.

The list of Action Teams include:  Fundraising, Assemblies, Family Fun Fair, Family Activity Nights, Friends of the Library, Market Day, Playgrounds and Gardens, Popcorn Day, Fifth Grade Picnic, Athletics, Family Directory, Riverside Staff Appreciation Week, Membership, and Volunteer Coordinator.

It is evident that the Riverside PTA works very hard to enhance your child's education as well as providing fun family events.
