Mission
We believe children have the right to a safe
environment, free from both physical and emotional harm. We
believe in providing quality child care in a warm, nurturing
caring and positive environment.
Stepanski Childcare is a quality year round program available to all toilet
trained children enrolled in a Stepanski Preschool or
Kindergarten Program. The child care operates Monday through
Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm. Parents or guardians must register
their children at the child care office in Room 113. Emily
Watkins, Childcare Coordinator, can be reached at
248-666-8668.
The childcare registration
fees of $50 per child or $75 per family is collected at the beginning of each
semester.The summer childcare registration fee is $35 per
child or $40 per family. The hourly rate for preschool children is
$2
per half hour with discounts for additional children in the
family. Preschool children experience an age-appropriate
program with a variety of structured activities and well
supervised free play times.
Waterford Schools Child Care Services adheres to the
Waterford School District Code of Conduct, and is in
alignment with the Policy & Procedures of the School
District.

The Waterford School District Child Care
Services Program advertises for children in the public media
in order to make openings known to all. Children are
admitted regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national
