PTA
The PTA (Parent Teacher
Association) was designed to create a positive environment and boost self-esteem in children and
families as well as provide other important
programs.
The PTA meetings are held every third
Thursday of the month at 7:00.
PTA provides the teachers and the children with:
-
Transportation for field trips ( Buses)
Teacher enrichment money to improve classrooms with extra books, equipment
etc.
Library enrichment money to improve and update the library
Assemblies
Educational programs for the Children
End of the year school picnic
Family nights -Swim nights,
Bingo, pasta dinners, Al's Putt and Play, Winterfest
Fifth grade banquet
Beautifying and updating the school
Sports - we help with the costs of uniforms and supplies
