Stepanski Early Childhood Center offers high-quality early childhood programs. We use the HighScope curriculum which is research-based and child-focused. The HighScope Curriculum uses a carefully designed process, called "active participatory learning", to achieve powerful, positive outcomes. Early On - Birth to Age 3
Early On is Michigan's system for helping families for infants and toddlers birth to age three who have developmental delays and/or disabilities.

Child Find - Age 3 to 5
Contact Child Find if you suspect a developmental delay for a child age 3-5.
Tuition Age 3 Enrollment
Please call the Stepanski office at 248.666.9593 for 2026-2027 enrollment.
- Must be 3 years old by December 1, 2026
Enrollment information for the 2027-2028 school year will be available in January 2027.
GSRP Age 4 Enrollment
For the 2026-2027 school year, we have limited availability. If you are interested in this school year, please go to MiECC and begin the registration process. Once we receive your referral from Oakland Schools we will contact you for an enrollment appointment.
