Inclement Weather - School Closing
Due to inclement weather, Waterford School District schools and facilities are CLOSED Monday, Jan. 26. This includes Child Care. Our Pool & Fitness Center will remain open.
Athletics & Activities
All Waterford School District high school afternoon/evening school activities may proceed as scheduled for Monday, January 26, including both unified girls basketball games, which will still take place at Mott High School. All elementary, middle school and rental activities remain canceled. For the most up-to-date information, please check back.
Semester 1 Updates
Because today was a planned half day for the end of the semester, tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27 will follow a half-day schedule. This applies to all of our schools except Stepanski Early Childhood Center.

Electrical power is out at Grayson Elementary School and DTE has no estimate for when the power will be fixed. As such, Grayson Elementary School will be closed for school and all other activities for Friday, Jan. 9. All other Waterford School District buildings are open. With the continued improvement of road and weather conditions forecast for this evening, Thursday, February 13, all high school athletic competitions will run as scheduled. High school activities and practices at Mott and Kettering are optional. Coaches will communicate directly with students and parents. All middle school activities, as well as any elementary rentals, remain canceled. Unless communicated otherwise, all Friday, February 14 events will also continue as scheduled. The Waterford Pools & Fitness Center is open.
